Wouldn’t it be amazing if all of us could go to the same gym? It could be this huge complex with different work out rooms and classes; zumba, yoga, insanity, weight lifting, cardio, etc. Outside it could have this huge track and trails that connect in all these different spots so you could run for miles on end. We could all wear workout gear that had our names on them so we know everyone; and if we didn’t you could look them up. You wouldn’t have that, “Maybe I will go tomorrow..” feeling because you’d WANT to go. Everyone would be so kind to one another. We’d all push each other to finish that last rep. To finish that last 200 yards. To finish that last 15 seconds. Because at the end of the day we all know we’re working for the same goals. To feel confident and proud enough of walking in our own skin.

Skulle det inte vara fantastiskt om alla vi kunde träna på samma gym? En enorm byggnad med olika träningssalar och pass som zumba, yoga, insanity, styrketräning, konditionsträning, etc. Utanför skulle det finnas en gigantisk löparbana och olika stigar som alla ansluter till varandra på olika platser så att vi skulle kunna springa flera mil om vi så ville. Alla kunde ha träningsutrustning broderade med sina namn så vi visste vilka alla var. Du skulle inte ha den där, "Jag kanske går dit imorgon .."-känslan eftersom du skulle VILJA träna. Alla skulle vara snälla mot varandra. Vi skulle pusha varandra till att avsluta den sista rundan, de sista 200 metrarna, de sista 15 sekunderna. Eftersom i slutet av dagen vet vi alla att vi jobbar för samma mål. Att känna sig sjävsäkra och stolta nog att må bra i vår egna kropp.
