Homemade granola

Today has been a very productive day - especially food-wise. I've made both hazelnut butter AND almond butter AND homemade granola. I didn't like the hazelnut butter unfortunately :( I'm not going to upload the nut butter recipes since I've already uploaded my almond butter recipe and it's the exact same with any other nut butter! But, the homemade granola I've been asked about many times before, so here you go:
Granola
Δ 5 dl [2 cups] rolled oats
Δ 2 dl [1 cup] shredded coconut
Δ 2 dl [1 cup] neatly chopped almonds {i used slivered almonds because I used my almonds to my almond butter}
Δ 2 dl [1 cup] raisins
Δ ½ dl [1/4 cup] honey
Δ 1 dl [½ cup] water
Δ 1 tsp cinnamon
Δ 1 dl [½ cup] flaxseed
Pre-heat oven to 175C [350F]. Mix together rolled oats, coconut, almonds and raisins in a bowl. In a seperate bowl - whisk together the honey with water and cinnamon. Pour the honey-mixture in the bowl with the oats and mix together thoroughly. Spread it out over a parchment-paper-covered plate and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Take it out and pour in the flaxseed.
Idag har jag haft en väldigt produktiv dag - särskilt när det gäller mat. Jag har gjort både hasselnötssmör OCH mandelsmör OCH müsli. Jag tyckte inte om hasselnötssmöret dock :( Jag tänker inte lägga upp recept på de olika smören eftersom jag redan lagt upp mitt mandelsmör-recept och det är exakt samma sak med alla andra nötssmör. Men müsli-receptet ska ni få! Har tillfrågats om det många gånger nu, så här har ni det:
Müsli
Δ 5 dl havregryn
Δ 2 dl kokosflingor
Δ 2 dl finhackade mandlar {jag använde mig av flagad mandel för jag hade mina andra mandlar till mitt mandelsmör}
Δ 2 dl russin
Δ ½ dl honung
Δ 1 dl vatten
Δ 1 tsk kanel
Δ 1 dl linfrön
Sätt ugnen på 175C. Blanda havregrynen, kokosflingorna, russinen och mandeln. Blanda samman honungen med vattnet och kanelen. Blanda nu samman allt och sprid sen ut det över en bakplåtspapperstäckt plåt och grädda i ugnen i 20 min. Efter det har varit i ugnen häller du över linfröna.
Paleo Raisin Nut Cereal

Raisin Nut Cereal (Paleo)
1 dl (½ cup) sunflower seeds
½ dl (1/4 cup) pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp squash seeds (or more pumpkin seeds)
1 dl (½ cup) almond meal (you can use dried almond pulp from the making of almond milk)
3 dl (1 1/3 cup) coconut
2 dl (1 cup) almonds, chopped
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp coconut oil
½ dl (1/4 cup) raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 dl (1 cup) raisins (added after cereal is baked)
Preheat oven to 160 C (325 F). Combine all dry ingredients (except raisins). Warm coconut oil and honey slightly so they are easily incorporated. Pour oil, honey and vanilla over dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread cereal mixture over a large baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Take out of oven, stir mixture and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Let cool. Add raisins and serve with coconut milk or almond milk. Store in airtight container.
